The process of company establishment varies, dependent on the type of company that is required. The general process involves:
Filing for a pre-approval notice for your company name and trademark.Opening a preliminary bank account and obtaining a certificate of deposit from the bank. Contracting with an audit firm; provision of audit document for capital verification, articles of association etc.Obtaining approval and making a company seal. Applying for an organization code certificate.Registering with the Statistics Bureau. Registering for local taxes with the tax bureau. Opening a formal bank account and transferring your registered capital.Applying for authorization from the taxation authorities to print financial invoices and receipts; obtain an invoice purchasing book.Submitting an application to purchase uniform invoices at the taxation office. Filing for recruitment registration with the Career Service Center. Registering with the Social Welfare Insurance Center.
