Business Registration/ Set up
The process of company establishment varies, dependent on the type of company that is required. The general process involves:
Filing for a pre-approval notice for your company name and trademark.Opening a preliminary bank account and obtaining a certificate of deposit from the bank. Contracting with an audit firm; provision of audit document for capital verification, articles of association etc.Obtaining approval and making a company seal. Applying for an organization code certificate.Registering with the Statistics Bureau. Registering for local taxes with the tax bureau. Opening a formal bank account and transferring your registered capital.Applying for authorization from the taxation authorities to print financial invoices and receipts; obtain an invoice purchasing book.Submitting an application to purchase uniform invoices at the taxation office.
