Documents Required
Business license (counterpart) issued by the industrial and commercial administration (for new enterprises)Employee information record, list of signed employees (four copies) and a copy of labor contract.Certificate of cancellation/termination of original labor contract (if reemployed within 10 days after original labor contract is cancelled or terminated).Certificate of merger, division, acquisition, joint investment, cooperation or reorganization (if any).List of revised labor contract (amendment) (two copies) and a copy of revision agreement (if any).A copy of renewed labor contract (if any).
